• All fees are due according to the payment schedule in your agreement
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your agreement

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by VisionSyncLabs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you provide to us. By providing such content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6.3 Deliverables

Ownership of deliverables will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, you will own the deliverables created specifically for you, while we retain rights to our underlying methodologies, tools, and general knowledge.

7. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of your business information. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. 8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality services, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• That our services will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionSyncLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VisionSyncLabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
